In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean WTSN Digital Ltd, and “you” means anyone using the website.
These terms and our services
These terms cover the website only. They do not form a contract for any of our services and they do not replace a service agreement.
Where WTSN Agency, WTSN PR or WTSN Finance agrees to work with you, that work will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and us. That agreement will set out the services, fees, responsibilities and terms of the relationship. If anything in it conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes priority.
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes, to learn about WTSN Group and to contact us. You must not:
- use the website in any way that breaks the law or any regulation, or that is fraudulent or harmful
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server it is hosted on, or any connected system or data

Intellectual property
The website and its content are owned by us or licensed to us. This includes the WTSN Group, WTSN Agency, WTSN PR and WTSN Finance names, our logos and infinity mark, the design and layout, written copy, imagery and graphics.
Some content, including photographs of individuals, belongs to other people. Nothing on the website gives you any right to use it.
You may view the website and print or save individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Otherwise, you must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or use any part of the website, including our names and logos, without our written permission.

- No guarantee of acceptance. We are selective about who we work with. We review each application and enquiry individually, and we may decline any of them. We are not obliged to give a reason.
- Working together. A client relationship begins only when we both sign a written agreement.
- Your information. Any information you send us must be accurate, and it must be yours to share. Please do not send passwords, account log-in details, payment details, identity documents or financial records unless we ask for them through a secure channel.

Governing law and jurisdiction
