Meet Sophie

She knew how to build an audience. Scaling her business without sacrificing all her time was the challenge.

Sophie was already running her OnlyFans business, but taking it to the next level meant more than simply working longer hours. Managing fan conversations, monetisation and the day-to-day demands of the business made sustainable growth increasingly difficult. She needed a more structured operation that could increase revenue, improve how her audience was monetised and take the pressure off her having to manage everything herself.

WTSN stepped in to build that structure, turning an existing creator business into a more scalable, commercially focused operation.

01The challenge

Growing her business without giving up all her time.

Sophie had already built an OnlyFans business, but taking it to the next level was becoming increasingly difficult to manage alone. Planning content, managing fan conversations and keeping everything running took up valuable time, leaving less room to focus on growing her audience, increasing revenue and building her profile.

She needed a team that could take ownership of the day-to-day work, bring structure to her content and help her reach a much bigger audience without having to do everything herself.

02The strategy

Build the right foundations for growth.

We developed a plan around three priorities: improving how Sophie's existing audience was monetised, implementing a consistent content strategy and increasing her visibility beyond OnlyFans.

This meant creating a clear content plan designed to keep her audience engaged, improving how subscribers were converted into paying fans, and identifying opportunities to introduce Sophie to wider audiences through strategic news placements across relevant media channels.

The goal was to grow both sides of her business: the revenue generated from her existing audience and her visibility beyond the platform.

03The execution

Better content. Smarter management. Wider exposure.

WTSN put the strategy into action by taking a more hands-on role in running and growing Sophie's business.

  • Content planningImplemented a structured content plan to create consistency, give content a clear purpose and support audience growth and monetisation.
  • Fan managementTook responsibility for fan conversations and paid-content opportunities, helping turn audience engagement into revenue.
  • News and media placementsPursued strategic news placements across relevant media channels to introduce Sophie to wider audiences and build her profile beyond OnlyFans.
  • Day-to-day managementCoordinated these activities so Sophie no longer had to oversee every part of the business herself.
  • Ongoing optimisationReviewed performance and refined the approach to identify opportunities to improve content, audience engagement and revenue.

By bringing content, fan management and media exposure together, we helped Sophie build a more structured business with greater potential for growth.

04The results

$41,500 in Monthly Gross Revenue.Achieved in 58 Days.

Monthly gross revenue: $2,900 before, $41,500 after, roughly 14.3 times higher.

Within 58 days of working with WTSN, the creator reached $41,500 in gross revenue over a 30-day period, up from a starting monthly gross revenue of approximately $2,900. This represents a roughly 14.3× increase in monthly gross revenue, demonstrating the commercial impact of a more structured approach to creator management and monetisation.

The person behind WTSN

Built through adversity.Driven by a bigger vision.

Kailan WatsonFounder & CEO, WTSN Group

Building WTSN has been the hardest three years of my life, but also the most rewarding.

I saw an opportunity in an industry growing at an extraordinary pace, yet too often held back by unprofessional operators, poor service and a lack of accountability. Creators were building valuable businesses, but finding the right people to help them grow wasn't always easy.

I wanted to build something different: a professional, structured business where creators could feel confident about who they were working with, how their business was being managed and where it could go next.

That vision became WTSN Group.

From the beginning, I wanted us to think beyond content and individual platforms. I saw the potential to combine talent management, strategic public relations and financial services under one roof, helping creators build stronger businesses, reach new audiences and explore opportunities in mainstream media.

The journey hasn't been straightforward. Building WTSN has come with setbacks, difficult decisions and periods that have tested my commitment to the vision. But each challenge has reinforced why I'm building this and the standards I want the business to represent.

I'm focused on building WTSN for the long term: a group defined by professionalism, trust, accountability and a genuine commitment to the people we work with.

We don't aim to work with everyone.

We're selective about the creators and businesses we take on because the right relationship matters. If you're serious about growing beyond where you are today, the best starting point is a conversation to see whether we're the right fit for one another.
